Returns & Refunds

 

Customers have 7 days from date of delivery to return your item.

We will accept returns for store credit only.

Items to be returned MUST be unused, undamaged, unopened. 

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a KAD Collective gift card.

Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

Paint, aerosol or any liquid-based product are not returnable.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please do not send us your return until you have received confirmation from our  Customer Support.

Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the product(s) and if the aforementioned conditions are met, we will issue a store credit in the form of a KAD Collective gift card.
